Director, BPM Solution Architecture
Job Description:
The Fidelity Application Architecture team within Enterprise Technology includes multiple Architecture Chapter Areas, a COE, and an API Product Team.
The Advanced Process Solutions (APS) Architecture Team focuses on the architecture solutions, patterns and governance for the digitization and automation of the customer and associate experiences.
We work in partnership with other Product Areas and Teams across all business unit domains and the architecture community.
By demonstrating and promoting Fidelity and agile leadership behaviors, we sustain and evolve our innovative agile culture.
As Director of Solutions Architecture, you will be responsible for delivering unified architecture solutions automating complex business processes, working across the Fidelity business units.
Our team plays a key role in defining re-usable solution patterns to common business problems, inventorying shared needs across the enterprise, and create scalable enterprise grade solution frameworks to tackle them.
You will then champion these enterprise grade solution patterns to promote acceleration of digitization for Fidelity.
The Expertise You Have Strong engineering background and/or a consistent record as a Solutions Architect, designing and building new solutions.

years in a technology role and 5 years or more working as a solutions architect.
Familiarity with low-code application development tools and industry-standard Business Process Modeling and Notation are a plus.
Extra credit for experience with Camunda.
Heightened awareness, experience or passion for Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.
Experience with agile development, DevOps, Automated Testing and Continuous Delivery.
Ability to work both independently and with all levels of the organization, including technical and non-technical team members.
Bachelor's degree in computer science or related subject area.
The Skills You Bring Evangelist for Fidelity Architecture and the APS digital servicing platform capabilities - common engineering and architecture solutions, standards, and practices and methods.
Application and technical expertise in workflow and orchestration systems, as well as related digital capabilities.
Demonstrated experience providing strategic technical and architectural mentorship to senior management, project team members and functional organizations.
Cultivating networks with people from across a variety of business units, functions, and locations.
Experience driving the adoption of enterprise standards and standard methodologies.
Excellent presentation, documentation, communication and influencing skills as well as skills for presenting/influencing technology direction in a business context for our partners.
The Value You Deliver Collaborate with functional business teams, technical architects, and agile leaders to assess and develop comprehensive design solutions for complex business improvement opportunities that span the organization.
Provide technical direction on multiple, sophisticated projects, initiatives, and products.
Provide thought leadership on emerging architectures including API, Cloud, UI, Security and Data.
Accelerate the modernization of our business processes improving the experience for our customers and associates.
